Delivery and returns

Digital downloads

Available wherever you are. Your files are ready to download as soon as your payment is confirmed, from your portrait page and the link in your confirmation email. Every print order includes the digital files free.

Delivery

• Where: UK addresses only (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland). We don't currently deliver outside the UK, including to the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man or BFPO addresses.
• Cost: £4.95 per order, and free on orders over £50.
• When: prints, framed prints and canvases are made to order and usually dispatched within 3–7 working days. We'll email you when your order is on its way.
• Packaging: prints are sent flat and protected; framed prints and canvases are packed to travel safely.

If your order hasn't arrived within 14 days of being dispatched, let us know and we'll track it down or send a replacement.

Damaged, faulty or wrong items

If something arrives damaged or faulty, or isn't what you ordered, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. We'll send a free replacement or give you a full refund, including delivery. You won't usually need to send anything back.

Changing your mind

• Prints, framed prints and canvases are personalised with your portrait, so they can't be returned for a change of mind. If you spot a mistake straight after ordering, contact us quickly and we'll try to help before it's made.
• Digital downloads are available immediately, and at checkout you agree that you lose your 14-day right to cancel once they are.

Refunds

Refunds go back to the card you paid with, normally within 14 days of us agreeing one. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
